Very friendly staff and the fact that you can rent five DVDs of the time for 2 weeks. For free is pretty good and there is a wide selection to choose from not to mention free computer use so I would rate it not only five stars but I would rate it a definite must for any of your books books on tape or DVDs that you may need or if you don't have a computer they have about 22 computers open to the public
